A farmhouse style beer brewed using a traditional saison yeast from Belgium. Aged in a mix of chardonnay and pinot noir French oak barriques with cultures of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis added during the extended ageing. Petite and delicate with a wonderful ester profile and a hint of tartness.
