Doug's Plums

Our relationship with legendary local Gippsland farmer Doug is something we cherish. We provide him with our spent grain to feed his cattle and in return he offers us wonderful produce - in this case a crop of beautiful blood plums. Infused with the delicious tang of a sour wild ale and barrel aged to perfection, Doug's plums really shine through. Cheers Doug!
