A blend of 1,2 and 3 year old lambic style ales. All barrel fermented with brettanomyces strains and pediococcus and aged in french oak barriques, the nose displays plenty of barnyard funk, firm but balanced acidity.
Refermented in bottle. Best before 2025. Store upright in a cool, dark space.
