A blend of 12 month, 18 month and 24 month Flanders Red style ales. Barrel fermented with multiple Brettanomyces strains, this beer displays complex aromatics and both lactic and acetic sourness. After blending, we racked the beer onto fresh Morello cherries from the Yarra Valley and let secondary ferment for approximately 2 months. The result is a wonderful cherry aroma & flavour, balanced with the natural acidity and barnyard aromatics and flavours from the original blend.
