As Brewers & Distillers, we have the creative luxury of being able to explore excellence in beer and spirits. What better way to maximise that creativity by distilling beer? The base beers for our evolving range of Bier de Vie have undergone brewery controlled fermentations with style appropriate hop additions and yeast selection. The beer ‘wash’ is then batch distilled in our hand beaten copper Carl still, making cuts that accentuate the positive flavours and aromas of the original beer yet create a truly unique and delicious spirit.
