We’ve been knocking out a few IPA’s of late, and one that we’ve been wanting to do for a long time is something a little hazy.... So we thought we’d grab a whole swag of cryo hops (mosaic, citra) and riwaka t-90’s. We added hops at flame out and then double dry hopped with 15g per litre. The result is intense hop aromatics, persistent haze and a big hop flavour. We reckon it’s pretty delish!
