SCOTCH ALE WITH BRETTANOMYCES (MARCH 2024)
An experimental ale, using the first dried Brettanomyces yeast from Fermentis. Only available for pro brewers, we thought it would be a great yeast to try on our scotch ale. Brett notes are subtle, with whisky from the barrel still coming through. Sweet and rich on the palate, we expect to see more brett with ageing. If you can wait that long!
