Yes, our bar is situated inside the Barrel Room with seating available. In the cooler months, the Barrel Room is heated, and in Summer we have evaporative cooling.
Inside you’ll see the walls lined with all our latest barrel aged beers & spirits as well as our fully operational still for distilling gin & other spirits.
Yes, we have seating out the front of the venue right near our food trucks.
This area is great over the warmer months, and for poorer weather it is undercover and we have heaters that can be set up.
We sure are! We want the Boatrocker Barrel Room to be somewhere parents can feel comfortable bringing their kids when they’re keen to get out.
We do request that parents supervise their children and ensure that they are wearing shoes at all times. During the working week the venue is a fully operational brewery & distillery, and on the weekends becomes a bar which carries with it the possibility of broken glass etc.
Absolutely, we welcome all well-behaved dogs to the venue – but you may have to endure our staff doting over your pup and hoping for a pat.
Dogs are allowed in both the outside and inside areas of the venue.
We have water bowls outside for pups, and request if your dog makes any mess that the owner will dispose of any waste.
We may need to ask you to remove your dog if they are causing a disturbance to any other patrons or dogs.
We aim to get different food trucks in each week to keep variety in our food offerings. To find out what food truck will be in during your visit please check our calendar here.
When we are unable to book a food truck or have a last-minute cancellation, we fire up the Boatrocker Pizza Oven's to provide a selection of Pizzas (Vegetarian & Gluten Free options available).
We are a TV free venue, however we are more than happy for you to bring your own tablet/phone to watch sports live. We can provide you with a Wi-Fi password, simply ask at the bar.
We do not have a booking fee for normal group bookings up to 40 people.
If you wish to book the Barrel Room for groups over 40 or for a Private Event on a Sunday Evening our Venue Manager can quote a small minimum spend depending on the date of the booking and group size.
We are very happy to accommodate large function bookings during our normal open hours but we can not close the venue to the general public.
We can provide a dedicated area for your function but the rest of the venue will be shared with general public patrons.
If you wish to book a private function we can offer the venue on Sunday Evenings after our normal open hours from 6pm.
We do not currently offer brewery tours.
We do offer a Guided Gin Tasting Class - bookings can be made online here.
We are also a tourist stop along The Kingston Collective Brewery & Distillery Tours which allows you to check out 4 different local venues – Event & Ticket details can be found on their site here.
