SLOE & STEADY (APRIL 2025)

Sloe berries may be more widely known for usage in gin, however the aroma and character also works incredibly well with darker beers. We macerated sloe berries for 2 months. The marzipan notes from the pip of the sloe adds an elegant layer of complexity, while the acidity is a lovely counterpart to the richness of the beer.
