The Limoncello 3195 Project is back!
Is your lemon tree bursting with fruit? Fancy swapping lemons for a bottle of Limoncello?

In case you missed the boat for our previous harvests, the short story is:
The Boatrocker Crew found inspiration in this classic Italian liqueur, particularly the uniquely delicious homemade versions that are given as family gifts up and down the country's sunny coastline. So, we set out to capture the culture of this tradition and make a Limoncello - for locals, by locals - using all homegrown lemons plucked from the trees of our fellow 3195 legends.
You know what they say, “when life gives you lemons… make Limoncello!”
We do have a few rules! To make Limoncello we will be using the skin, so lemons need to be in good condition and we can only accept LISBON, EUREKA or SORRENTO Lemons.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT MEYER LEMONS, the lemon peel is not suitable. Please do not bring them in. If you are unsure if your tree is a Meyer Lemon Tree please check before picking.

🍋 DETAILS
On the weekend of Aug 29-31 bring us 5kgs (or more) of your freshly picked lemons that meet the criteria (which is approx. 25 large lemons - note: we will be weighing not counting).
In return for every 5kg of your lemons, you will receive a 500ml bottle of Boatrocker 3195 Limoncello.
Then, in the Spring, you'll all be invited to celebrate and enjoy the literal fruits of your labour at our Limoncello Release Party.

We'll grab your details to let you know when your Limoncello is ready to be collected, and to send you an invitation to the Limoncello 3195 Party that we'll be hosting later in the Spring.
🍋 QUANTITIES
Min. 5kg of lemons per person
5kg = 1 x 500ml bottle
