We've taken some essential Thai ingredients - a unique cuisine that we love to celebrate in flavour - to bring some bright herbaceousness to our Wild Blonde Ale.

Ginger for a bit of zing and warmth, lemongrass for some zippy citrus notes, and then a touch of Thai basil for that incredible herbal funk.
