Classic IPA

Embracing the early days of craft beer, we've gone back in time to a more malt forward IPA...much like the early Pacific Northwest style of IPA. Plenty of hops to balance out the malt, using classic varieties such as Chinook and Simcoe, as well as Centennial and Amarillo.
