Sparkling Dramjet 2018

If you can fortify wine, why can't you fortify beer?  That was our question, so we set about to find out.  The legends at STARWARD provided the whisky, and we fortified Ramjet with cask strength whisky to take the beer from a bit over 10% to a whopping 17.6%ABV.  With 6 years cellaring, this is truly an incredible drop.  Integrated whisky and malt, be careful with this one...that alcohol will sneak up!
