4 Grain Whiskey

Inspired by the great bourbons of the USA, we created a whiskey wash using four grains - corn, rye, barley and wheat.  The blend delivers layers of texture, sweetness and spice, enhanced by a unique American yeast strain.

Aged 4.5 years in high-char virgin American oak, it's beautifully smooth.  Expect balanced notes of vanillin and brown sugar, sweetness from the corn, gentle rye spice and a hint of mint on the nose.  The finish is long and rounded - perfect neat or in your favourite whiskey cocktail.  Whiskey sour anyone?
