Guided Tastings at the Boatrocker Barrel Room

A guided tasting with one of our knowledgeable team members is an opportunity to learn about the history of Hippocampus Spirits and our hand-crafted award winning products. Each session includes:

• History of Hippocampus Distillery and it's evolution in merging with the Boatrocker Brewery 
• Botanical and distillation information regarding our process and unique still 'Kylie' 
• A guided tasting of our spirits range with recommended cocktails & drinking suggestions

We offer two flight options for the Guided Tasting:

• Basic Flight – $10
• Vodka, Dry Gin, Bangkok Gin & Raspberry Gin 
• Full Flight – $15
• Basic Flight plus Barrel Aged Gin and Navy Cut Gin

(Tasting fees are refundable with a same day purchase of any 700ml or 3x200ml bottle of spirits)

To guarantee availability of a Guided Tasting during your visit, please book your spot using the calendar below. Tastings can be booked in person on the day at the Barrel Room but are subject to availability.
