Shipping & Delivery Information

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping for orders* over $75 with a delivery address in VIC. For NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, WA & NT free shipping is for orders over $200.

For orders under the above free shipping thesholds, the following fees apply:

Standard Delivery
Victoria: $9
Other States: $9 - $15

Membership Delivery
All Locations: $9

Express Delivery**
Victoria: $15 - $35
Other States: $15 - $45

*If you live in a remote location and/or your order is quite large (more than 15kg) we may have to charge a small shipping fee. We do our very best to keep these charges to a minimum and will contact you if your order is subject to any additional shipping fees. 

**If your order is eligible for Express Delivery the rate will show on the checkout page. Weight restrictions apply to Express Delivery orders and therefore the rates will not show for all orders. Express Delivery orders are sent with Australia Post. View the express post network here to ensure your postcode is within the next business day network.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location, orders will arrive 2 – 10 business days after leaving our brewery. If you have not received your order 10 business days after the shipping date please email shop@boatrocker.com.au!

Orders are processed by us within two business days with priority processing for Express Delivery orders. During busy periods (ie. new product releases, Christmas etc.) order processing may take a little longer. 

We currently use Australia Post for our shipping needs. We advise you to check the Australia Post website for any updates that may affect your order's delivery time.

What are your Delivery Terms?

By default we request that all deliveries are to be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, a calling card with instructions will be left by the courier.

We do offer the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave at front door. If you choose to provide instructions allowing the parcel be left unattended at the delivery address we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. Providing authority to leave instructions indicates that you accept the associated risks.

Can I collect my order from the Boatrocker Barrel Room?

Yes...place your order before 10am on Fridays to be able to collect it from the Barrel Room during opening hours. If you are unable to come during this time please email shop@boatrocker.com.au to arrange another suitable time.

 

 Looking for the perfect venue for a birthday, business function, or special event? We are delighted to host large group bookings during our normal opening hours. 

We can accommodate up to 80 guests, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available based on preference and availability. Please note that the rest of the venue will remain open to other patrons. 

For groups of up to 10 people you can simply use our online booking system to book your spot. For larger groups see the information below.

FULL PRIVATE HIRE

While we do not offer full venue hire during regular hours, exclusive hire is available on:

Wednesday & Thursday from 5 PM

Sunday from 6 PM

There is a Venue Hire fee and a minimum spend depending on guest numbers and day and time of the event. Please contact us to discuss your proposed event.

GROUPS 25+ PEOPLE

A $20 per person minimum spend applies, payable upon booking. 

This amount will be used as a bar tab for your group’s drinks during the event. 

The bar tab must be fully redeemed on drinks and cannot be refunded or used for takeaways. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or major changes to guest numbers require at least 10 days' notice to receive a full refund or a spend-per-head refund. 

Partial spend-per-head refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the event. 

GROUPS OF 10 - 24 PEOPLE

A credit card is required to secure your booking. 

No charge will be made unless there is a no-show (see cancellation policy). 

Credit card details are added to a secure site and are not visible to Boatrocker.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or significant changes to guest numbers must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event. 

Late cancellations or ‘no-shows’ will incur a $10 per person fee, charged to the provided credit card. 

OTHER INFO

FOOD 

Food must be purchased from either the onsite food truck or from Boatrocker if there is no food truck available. 

No outside food is permitted, except for cakes. 

If you wish to bring a cake, fees apply—please contact us in advance. 

ENTERTAINMENT 

For large group bookings during our normal opening hours, entertainment requests must be discussed in advance. 

We are unable to accommodate entertainment without prior consultation.Â
