Made from hand-picked Tasmanian blackcurrants, and macerated for a period of 6 weeks, our cassis uses less sugar than normal cassis which accentuates the natural flavour of the blackcurrants and provides a bright tartness. Perfect in a classic Kir Royale or a wide selection of cocktails.
