Dramjet.  Australia's first whisky fortified barrel aged imperial stout.

Big, bold and decadent.  Originally in collaboration with Starward distillery back in 2018.  Fast-forward to 2025 and coinciding with the maturing of our own bourbon style whisky, we couldn't help but make this version of a legend.

The sweetness of the four grain profile of the whisky lends itself deliciously to the fortification process.  The extra time in the high char American oak adds notes of vanilla and coconut, with a light char to round out the palate.  Over 50L of whisky was added to the 150L of imperial stout.  A beer that will age for decades, and is highly recommended to share with friends.

Note that due to the high alcohol content, this "beer" is taxed as a spirit.
