Sparkling Manuka Dramjet

Dramjet.  Australia's first whisky fortified barrel aged imperial stout.  Big, bold and decadent.  Originally in collaboration with Starward Distillery back in 2018.  Fast forward to 2025 and, coinciding with the maturing of our own manuka smoked whisky, we couldn't help but make this version of a legend.  

The manuka smoked whisky was originally aged in an apera cask with a smoky sweetness adding a luscious complexity to the fortification process.  Aged a further 6 months in a 100L Yalumba Signature cask allows the full expression of both whisky and stout.  

Only 100L of this beer was made, nearly 30L of which is whisky.  A beer that will age for decades and is highly recommended to share with friends.

Note that due to the high alcohol content, this "beer" is taxed as a spirit.
