Foeder Jaune

Our Italian Wild Grape Ale makes its third release, this time with beer from our more than 100 year old foeder... The base beer compliments the Savagnin grape varietal from our good mates at Crittenden Estate Winery on the Mornington Peninsula.  We dosed a higher percentage of grape marc into the base beer so the grape flavour is wonderfully bold and works so well with the wild nature of our foeder beer.  Sherbert/Champagne like effervescence and a light body from the grape juice makes this dangerously drinkable and it would work perfectly in a Champagne flute!
