Good Fortunes Kumquat Wild Ale

We're extremely lucky that our beer garden provides us with bountiful citrus fruit... We have 4 very abundant kumquat trees, and when they were loaded with fruit, we thought, what can we do with them all? One of our ideas was to age fresh fruit with a wild ale in our gin infused bourbon barrel... The idea sounded delicious, and well, it is!! We consider ourselves blessed with good fortunes for this beer... hence the name.
