Whilst named 1812 Ramjet, this beer is crafted from the delicious Ramjet 2026. Each year we produce a variant of Ramjet, one where the brewers choose flavours that they believe enhance or complement the original base beer. This year the brewers chose chocolate, coffee and toffee. Each element of these flavours can be found to a degree in the base beer but we have amped them up to be pronounced. Rich, decadent and luscious!

Why 1812? When the brewers saw "choc-coff-toff" they thought of Tchaikovsky and his 1812 Overture with the cannons going off, which seemed appropriate for a Russian Imperial Stout.
