Born out of lockdown and a little bit of patience. This super-limited Cherry Brandy was made from fresh Yarra Valley morello cherries - fermented, distilled, then tucked away in a 100L Yalumba Signature Octave for 5 long years. The result? Truly delicious!

Ripe cherry, oak and cherry pip on the nose. Smooth, sweet palate with a lingering cherry finish. Once it's gone, it's gone.
