Five years in the making.

This whisky started as a bold imperial stout, then was distilled and rested in a Pedro Ximénez cask for five years. The result is layered and expressive — silky with notes of sherry, dark fruit, and the roasted malts from its stout beginnings.

Complex, indulgent, and dangerously easy to drink — a whisky where beer and barrel truly come together.
