As makers of delicious spiced rum, and with access to our very own rum casks, we couldn't resist making an imperial stout inspired by our spiced rum. Using our famous Ramjet imperial stout as the base beer, we infused the beer with the same ingredients as our spiced rum; tonka beans, orange peel, cassia, vanilla and pepperberries.

This beer will age well and reward those who wish to cellar. We recommend serving this beer at cellar temperature.
