Dark Cask Volume II

PRESALE STARTS 16 OCTOBER - SHIPS FROM 23 OCTOBER

Our first Dark Cask was aged in our spiced rum barrels; for our second version a ‘plain’ rum barrel. Our Rum matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 5 years sitting at ~62% ABV. After disgorging, we placed the imperial stout in and let it rest for more than 13 months. The result is sublime. Rich and decadent with a luscious mouthfeel, and for rum lovers, the wonderful flavours of a finely crafted rum.

This beer will reward those who wish to cellar.
