PACK 1 contains 3 x 50ml bottles:

Alpha Beer Whisky - 50%ABV - Aged 7 Years - 1st use Bourbon cask                                  Back in 2019 we distilled our flagship Alpha Queen Pale Ale in our own still (following our earlier Starward collaboration Forget-Me-Not). The spirit then spent a full 7 years in a first-fill ex-Buffalo Trace cask before being bottled at a bold 50% ABV to preserve every vibrant aromatic. On the nose: heady honeysuckle and ripe gooseberry with citrus zest and fresh green hops. The palate is silky and balanced, waves of stone fruit and floral sweetness followed by a gentle peppery spice and herbal hop lift.

Ramjet Whisky - 45%ABV - Aged 5 Years - Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask                            This whisky started as a bold imperial stout, then was distilled and rested in a Pedro Ximenez cask for 5 years. The result is layered and expressive - silky with notes of sherry, dark fruit and the roasted malts from its stout beginnings. Complex, indulgent, and dangerously easy to drink - a whisky where beer and barrel truly come together.

4 Grain Whiskey - 40%ABV - Aged 4 Years - Virgin High Char American Oak                         Inspired by the great bourbons of the USA, we created a whiskey wash using four grains - corn, rye, barley and wheat. The blend delivers layers of texture, sweetness and spice, enhanced by a unique American yeast strain. Expect balanced notes of vanillin and brown sugar, sweetness from the corn, gentle rye spice and a hint of mint on the nose. The finish is long and rounded - perfect neat or in your favourite whiskey cocktail.

PACK 2 contains 3 x 50ml bottles:

Overproof Whiskey - 50%ABV - Aged 4 Years - Virgin High Char American Oak                  Inspired by the great bourbons of the USA, we created a whiskey wash using four grains - corn, rye, barley and wheat. The blend delivers layers of texture, sweetness and spice, enhanced by a unique American yeast strain. This is the overproof version of our 4 Grain Whiskey. Expect bold yet balanced notes of vanillin and brown sugar, sweetness from the corn, gentle rye spice and a hint of mint on the nose. Great to drink neat with a drop of water, or the ideal base in spirit forward cocktails.

Manuka Single Malt - 59.5%ABV - Aged 4 Years - Octavius Red Wine cask                         Manuka, a tree renowned for its honey and the character of its wood for smoking. A wash using 100% manuka smoked malt was distilled and then put into a 100L Octavius wine cask. Four years later, the result is an almost creamy mouthfeel wonderful smoke character and a delight at cask strength.

Mauka Single Malt - 48%ABV - Aged 4 Years - Apera cask                                                 Manuka, a tree renowned for its honey and the character of its wood for smoking. A wash using 100% manuka smoked malt was distilled and then put into an Apera cask. Four years later, the result is rich and decadent, a sweet mouthfeel with hints of smoke on the back palate, a long smooth finish.
