Delicious malt and whisky aromas work in harmony with the yeast esters, an initial sweetness on the palate giving way to a balanced dryness. This is a beer that will drink deliciously now, yet develop further over the next five years if cellared carefully. Aged for 12 months in Starward barrels. Extremely limited volumes in bottle.
