Wildecherry - 2020

Locally grown sour Morello cherries, hand picked by the farmer, were added to a carefully selected blend of barrels, aged from 12 to 36 months old. After 2 months of fermenting on fruit, the beer was racked and packaged.

The result is a wonderfully funky and fruity cherry red ale experience balanced by firm acidity, giving a true expression of not only the fruit, but also of the orchard and our barrel wonderland here in Braeside.
